前回の個展 (Depth 2 Air 2023. 10) は、インスタレーションが呼び起こす流動的な世界と、平面作品が持っている時間の蓄積感とが極めて対照的であった。
朝海眞 ASAMIMA は、そんな両極の表現欲求を持っている。そしてインスタレーションを伴うその個展は、自分の望む、空間そのものを創ることでもあるのだろう。

■ Stillness and movement, or lightness and heaviness

In the last solo exhibition (Depth 2 Air  2023. 10) ,  the fluid world evoked by installations contrasted sharply with the sense of time accumulated by their two-dimensional works.
ASAMIMA has a desire to express such polarities.  In this exhibition, which involves an installation, may also be about creating the space they desire.
